This 10-minute glutes workout will kick your butt! It’s a 10-minute booty workout that follows along and can be done at home or at the gym. All you will need for this 10 min butt workout is an exercise band and a dumbbell or kettlebell. The last exercise in this 10-minute butt lift can also be done without additional weight.

For this 10-minute butt workout, do each of the exercises for the prescribed number of reps or seconds. Don’t take any rest before moving on to the next exercise in the 10 min glute workout.
