The Inward Hammer fist

This strike can be applied in many angles but here we will concentrate on the inward hammer fist strike. Picture yourself executing an inward block, the same motion is used when striking a hammer fist which can be applied against the elbow, bicep, kidneys or face.

The inward Hammer fist is a technique you will always find in any Kenpo Karate form, also found on many self-defense techniques because of its effectiveness.
