Learn how to fall without getting hurt from three different positions, then the rolling backward technique. It is important to learn how to fall because you never know when you might lose your balance.

You might be a good striker, great a kicking, and punching but if you lose your balance and land on the ground you have to be able to do something. What if you fall and hurt yourself? if an attacker pushes you and then out of the sudden you fall.
